HC Thermal has an experienced field service team that can assist on startup, commissioning, and on-site technical assistance.  We have both domestic (US Only) and international rates that are part of our comprehensive solutions approach with our customers.  Our field service agents hold multiple safety, certifications, and extensive training 

HC Thermal offers comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and Heater repairs of process Heaters, component heaters, thermal systems, sensors, controllers, ovens, and other thermal products. 

Onsite: HC Thermal will visit your plant or facility to evaluate your overall heating operation and offer comprehensive detail on heater life expectancies, control logic, energy consumption savings or field service with start-up/commissioning (‘Field Service Rate Sheet’ available by request only).   

Offsite: Evaluation of your complete heating bundles, elements, control panels or ovens for repair and give detail report about possible failure causes.  Repair and recertification can be done in our facility in applications where quick turn-around is needed. 

HC Thermal has trained personnel that will come to your location and facilitate an educational presentation on the fundamentals/operation of heaters, systems, controls, safety and sensors that complete the Thermal Loop.  These courses can be customized for level of expertise and experience or tailored to specific markets that are directly relatable to specific industry standards. Continuation Education Certificate/Credits available

HC Thermal evaluates certain items that have longer lead times or high quantity demands, trained HC personnel will arrive onsite to measure, count and replenish stocking needs, both in our stocking warehouse and at your location. This service can be expanded to include custom or stock items that are critical needs with proper storage and handling training.
